Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we canโ€™t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns for refunds. You may, however, exchange items within thirty days of receipt. Exchanged items must be returned to us in their original condition.

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, we will be happy to replace them or exchange them (or to refund you when these options are not possible). Please contact us immediately and weโ€™ll make arrangements. Please save all packaging and the damaged product. If a box is delivered with visible damage, please indicate that when signing for the package.

Non-returnable items:
Earrings
Gift cards
Downloadable or digital products
Some personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where exchanges cannot be granted:
-Books with obvious signs of use
-Card Decks that have been opened
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase (for items bought at our physical store location) or more than 30 days after delivery (for items purchased through our website).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, we will be happy to replace them or exchange them. Pleaseย contact usย ย immediately and we'll make arrangements. Please save all packaging and the damaged product.ย 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We donโ€™t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
